I must keep unplugging and the modem several times a week to get the internet back.Takes a minimum of 15 minutes to call Qwest complaint line or take one minute to unplug and plug the modem back into the telephone line.
What would you do when your customer is standing waiting to complete a credit card purchase. Qwest will holds a gun to your head to fulfill your contract or pay a ridiculous penalty but continue to provide poor if not terrible service.
