I just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life -- and that's saying something.I have had CenturyLink for about 18 months.
I made the mistake of allowing them to combine my DirectTV bill with my CenturyLink bill. They totally screwed it up and as a result my TV service was cut off. That's not the worst of it, though. It then took 5 hours, most of it on hold, to resolve the problem, pay the bill and get my service restored.
I strongly recommend people in Phoenix get their Internet from Cox!They couldn't be worse than CenturyLink. 309fa1c
