The connection is lost and the navigation is very slow.Now Century link is justified in that the wires of the house are very old and need to be replaced when the Service they give is very poor quality.

Telephone cables to change them two years ago. what is the problem. The service man!!! .

I cant get that far havent even gotten connected because thier service techs are idiots and they left a note on my door after coming out a week early while im not home to fix the problem saying I have to rewire my home and its my responsibility to bury thier cables and hook our wires to the box they put in......wtf...and we still have nothing....i ran out all my minutes on my cell phone waiting on hold for 3 hrs for them to say they cant help me and if I cancel its 199.00 IVE NEVER had any service to start with!!!!!!!They are awful...I go see my lawyer tomorrow!!!!!!!
