Does this sound familiar? One day you got a phone call from Quest (now CL) and they asked you to switch over because they can give you a better deal.
The deal sounds reasonable so you give them permission to switch. Down the road you find out that their Internet service is way slower than what was promised and you upgrade the speed for more money but with no better result. Then after about two and a half years you decide to sign up with Comcast who just came to town asking much less money and 12 that is actually delivered! So you cancel the service with CL and they charge you about $500 for early cancellation of a 3-year term agreement.
Mind you, you never agreed to such terms but they insist you had!. When asked to substantiate such a claim by supplying you with the signed contract, a recording of the actual deal, or a verbatim transcript, they simply refuse". You write letters, you offer , and they still refuse:. You reach in complaints to the FTC, the FCC, the BBB, your State's Div;.
of etc!.
etc/.If this is happening to you, don't give in, hold your ground?.
If this scenario sounds familiar, you are in the same situation as we are and you may email us at IBAofUT@aol'.com Maybe we can help. 3148324

they decided to hook up to a terminal over 13,000 ft away that pretty much set up for just about no service or a little faster than dial up .there response to that was . hey we can jump it off the neighbors box run the cable on the grass, across my driveway and front lawn with a bright orange non shielded wire yea that's what we'll do the house is vacant no problem that provided unstable but quicker service called customer service and they say all work orders are completed .don't know how much more of this
i can take before I become unstable this is why america is in trouble apparently the person responsible don't care about customer service the demand is higher then the staffing can handle I don't blame the field people as much as the corporate as*******
