I call and order the basic $17.00 per month service and the line backer for my life alert system.I am told I have to pay the previous tenants bill before they will even talk to me.
So I pay that and get the service ordered, I am then told it will be on by 5pm the following day. I try to explain to the guy on the phone that I don't even have a box run to my house. He says no problem, they will just flip a switch and it will work. Fine...
5pm the next day, no phone!. So I start calling, the 1st time I was yelled at and hung up on". 2nd time, I talked to a lady who said that they wouldn't be able to do anything for 3 days!. I explained that wouldn't work because I had life alert coming the next day to hook my service up per their guarantee that my phone would be on'.
Get hung up on again;. So I call back and talk to someone else who tells me basically to deal with it!. So I ask to speak to a supervisor and get told that I can talk to a supervisor all I want but they aren't going to tell me anything different'.
Guess what, STILL WAITING?.What a crock, I have never seen such horrible in my life, I will calling to cancel my service and they will be refunding the money I paid for a former tenant that lived here 3 months before I bought the home, or I will be calling a and anyone else who will listen... 311f130
