I pay my bills each month but Century Link lost 7 months of payments all of a sudden and turned off my internet and wanted me to proof that the bills have been paid.So I took a day off work, had to go to the bank and get proof of payments.

Then they said it was all taken care of and turned the internet back on but one week late turned it off again and told me that I did not show proof of payments and here we go again.This has been the worst customer service I have every had. 2f493f8
