I've spent over 2 hours on hold, been hung up on twice, and still dont have the block of public ips active.The service request stated they were ready 2 weeks ago, and I just needed to call in to activate them.
Reached tech support first, transferred to service. Hung up on when transferred back to tech support. Called in to tech support, on hold for 30 minutes, transferred to service.
Hung up on...the cycle continues.I've never experienced such bad phone service.
