CAPITAL ONE - TOTAL DISREPECT FOR THIS CUSTOMER

This bank is HORRIBLE!The Branch Manager and his are the worst customer service representatives I've ever seen.

They say they are going to help - and they don't help!. They say they are going to call - and they never call". And the FEES they bang you with at every instance that they can is nothing short of and is borderline criminal:. Once I was hit with sixteen $35 fees in three days?.

Another time it was eight $35 fees in two days|. And this was when there was more than in my account,. There were actually several $35 fees on charges of $9 and less:.

And they did NOTHING about it;.Do NOT do business with this bank. 314170b

They send our statement with only 3 days until past due, forcing us to pay by phone. When processing the info they transposed some numbers and never processed the request. They apply a late charge, and I never knew that this was happening until the next statement. After the second time this happened, I had my bank on the conference call to Capital One, where then and only then after it was very clear the error was on their side, did they remove the late charges. I have since closed my account with them. Why do they send statements with only 3 days to past due? To push you to use on-line or pay by phone is what I think. I have stopped payments on-line due to the insecure nature of the way they handle our information. I have credit score over 800. I take my credit and bill paying seriously. This company has borderline predatory practices. Not friendly to do business with. I highly recommend a different banking card!

You know y6ou owe the bill. Not getting the bill is not an excuse. You can look the bill up online and pay anytime you choose. You choose to wait for a bill and be late.

Why should they do anything about it? It is not their responsibility to maintain your account...it is YOURS. THEY did not overdraft your account, YOU did. Pay up or close your account. You obviously are not adult enough to have it.
