Mugshots.com and bustedmugshots.com both are owned by the same person, Kyle Prall, I've read this on the internet.And owner Kyle Prall, even admitted to be the owner to Busted in the article to NBC "Shakedown or Public Service" (if you google "NBC shakedown or public service" you can read this).

It's all over the internet that Kyle Prall owns both of these websites, using the name "Citizens Information Associates" and working out of Austin, TX. If you go to Travis County, TX website and looking up "recording" information and type in Citizens Information Associates, this information shows up. Citizens Information Associates is the "cover-up" name for busted and mugshots.com. And yet none of this information is on their website, and at the bottom of mugshots.com, if you scroll to the bottom and click on "contact", it reads: Mugshots.com website is owned and operated by: Openbare Dienst Internationale LLC, Nevis, West Indies -- which is a lie.

Owner Kyle Prall isn't even honest enough to say on his website that he's the owner or to put mailing address to his company!. He obviously hides behind his website, and lies about who owns it and where the owner is located'. And when you call the 800 number on these websites, they will tell you no mugshot is removed, unless someone pays to remove it, not even if the case was expunged'. That's what I was told when I called and inquired!.

The person who answers the phone (at the 800 no..) is obviously told not to give out any information about the owner or anything". They only want money, to get a credit card information, to remove a photo, but no pertinent information, like the mailing address to the company, will be given out,.
