I purchase some sheets for a total of $35 (rounding up)which included shipping, the sheets were $25.The sheets fell apart after first wash.

I returned the sheets and was only refunded $18. When I called customer service they informed me that they deducted $7 because I used their shipping label. So out of $35 I received $18 credit and paid $17 in shipping and handeling, $1 difference. I will never purchase another product from this company again.

Brylane Home makes a profit on shipping not their products.I could maybe understand if I sent the sheets back because I just didn't like them but the quality was poor. 305633d
