Brylane Home - missing part of order

Iordered a king over sized bedspread and shams on 1-31-13.I r eceived it on 2-15-13,but without the shams I ordered.

If I ordered wrong color please do not send my money back. Just send the 2 shams in Ecru if I can't get white.I am sure white was in the catolog I ordered from. I have been waiting for this whole order. Please e-mail me at vickiepleas@att.net of this problem.
