Have problems with Cable dvr/hd box service for which I pay extra.So I exchange box.
However the new box does not record enough. So told me to exchange again for another box. I went to town and got another box this new box seems to have same problem as the original box. Two Reps I spoke to at different times had reset the box, fixing from afar..
third said it's best to sent a repair man to check it out because it looks like the signal is weak. OK I said and waited for two days, the Guy does not even come in the house to check the box which he was suppose to do, because according to him it was systems problem that was going to be taken care off by 5pm that day. mind you the record in HD and the demand controls did not work. almost TWO weeks later the problem is still not resolve.
I get back home. and around well past 11pm I call Cust. Ser. and explain the situation.
And again like the Reps before her Bright house’s Rep. insulted my better judgment by telling me it's taking long to fix because they want to give me better service. So my Question to her was..”why is BH charging me if it knows they are not providing for the service I'm paying for. Almost a whole month and I getting the run a round.
