The store policy is based on each indiviual customers at the managers discretion.They first sold me a gaming system that did not work when my kids opened it on day.
After I brought the game back to the store to exchange they no longer had any in stock. The was then about to return me my money but upon completing the transaction she advised me the upc was not matching up in the system. The managers then tried to inform me that the game came from Target and not brandsmart. Wow really?
After belittling me in front of other customers, as if I would buy a game from Target just to bring it back to Brandsmart????
