that the hotel's own website was offering a lower rate for a better standard of room. E-mailed booking?.com customer service on Weds/. and received no response;. E-mailed again on Thurs;.
and received no response?. E-mailed off their website on Friday and got an answer to say that because more than 24 hours since my booking they would not offer upgrade or refund difference (if you are bothereed to, you will note that this 24 hour disclaimer is not conspicuously stated on any of their main pages):.
Given that my hotel booking is for April and money already paid, I regard this as disappointing - even shady'.I would not recommend using booking?.com if you want the best price deal and wish to book with a decent and straightforward provider - my family and I will not be using them ever again! 2f7800c
