Blue Outlet - I made a purchase and my money was taken out of my credit card but I didn't receive the product

I purchased Polo cologne and I never received it.They took $40 out of my account!

They seemed like a legitimate company because of the security labels and protection labels they had on the website. I tried to e-mail them but I got an instant reply about the shipment being delayed because of the hurricane. I purchased the product in December!! I have tried several times to contact them via e-mail but the same email is sent back to me.

I tried to locate a phone number but there isn't one.I would like to find out who this company is because i would like my money back. 2fa550d

It happened to me as well. I paid $65 for a colon on the 9th Dec, they emailed me to confirm my order has been placed. But till today I have NEVER receive a word nor anything from them. I went to the website, it is already not existing. I paid with my debit card. Is there anyway to have my money back from this scam?

You make out like you ordered it months ago. It is only Jan. 7th for crying out loud. WHEN in December did you order it? What shipping did you use? If you used a credit card, why are you panicking? After 30 days just call your card and file a chargeback. I never buy anything online I can not wait at least 4 weeks for.
