Just so happens my insurance policy went up for yearly review at the same time and increased to $525 per month so it was a no brainer. My FEHB took effect on 13 January so I called these bastards and asked how to cancel my civilian plan on 12 January?. I sent the fax on 12 Jan and emailed it to this *** as well!. Come 30 Jan I called to ask where my refund check was;. Magically they never received my fax:. Suddenly now they cannot cancel non-group plans mid-month;.

Those individual plans can only be cancelled on the last day of the month,.
