BUT i am receiving the magazine instead and i keep getting Renewal notices and i just got the last chance/expiration one. What is the problem.? If this ever gets sorted out i will have to rethink Renewing Birds and Blooms in the future. I wish i could phone and talk to an actual person. My friends name is on the Renewal invoice, not mine. I keep trying to send this email and i clicked on...
I renewed Birds and Blooms for my brother and sister-in-law, which I have done for years on September 26 with a $16 check, number 9044. After that I received a confirmation that it would be renewed. I hate receiving this type of things on weekends and NOT being able to talk to a live person. The subscription was to be sent to Mark and Donna Hight, 19 Spencer Road, Roberts, MT 59070 with a gift...
I currently have a subscription with your company for Birds & Blooms magazine. Friday Sept 13, 2013, I received a call from "Jamie" trying to convince me that my subscription was due to expire in 6 months. She stated that I also receive Good Housekeeping (which I do not). The name/number that Jamie was calling from is as follows: Global Service, 727-827-2824. I tried to explain to Jamie...
We have very much enjoyed Birds and Blooms over the past few years, however now find it necessary to cancel our subscription. A few monthys ago, an unsolicited package was sent to us, which I have Canada Post return to you, as I did not see the need to keep it. This is the third time that I have corresponded regarding this matter. I did not order The Best of Birds and Blooms, and the freebies...
I wanted to get this for my Mom but after trying to add her delivery address via phone calls, emails and live chat and running into nothing but roadblocks..... I finally cancelled the subscription. I asked for an email confirmation and was told NO! I told the c/s person all I ever heard from these people was no. I ignored the complaints about this company thinking how hard can this be? Man was I...

Called more than a few times with problems with payment. Sent money several times, once to have monthly issues at an extra fee and the second time for a renewal which never came. Just finding a number to call was in itself a problem. Interesting magazine but definitely not worth the problems. Pursuing the lost money would require more time than it is worth judging from all my contacts so far. Why...
I participated in an offer to receive the first copy of Birds and Blooms free with the option of subscribing at a reduced rate if I liked the free copy sent. This offer was on a card that arrived in the mail. I attached a postage stamp and sent it back thinking that if I liked the issue I would take advantage of the 13.00 subscription. Before the magazine arrived an invoice for the subscription...
received a call a few minutes ago from The Readers Dir. phone number 727-2868912 informing me that starting next week the price of birds and blooms would be increasing to $54 a year but she could give me a three year price of $39 and just needed my credit card number. Not happy about this. i never pay with a credit card and think this is a hoax. I informed the person that if and when the price...
My mom Patricia Weber, ordered and paid for your magazine, "Birds and Blooms " for me for Christmas. The wrong address was the issue at first. I quickly rectified that by sending you the correct address. Here it is Feb. 23 2013 and I still haven't seen one magazine. I think its time that you either send me my subscription, refund my mom, or I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau!...
