I am not exactly pissed off but disappointed that I had received a letter from addresschange@biolab.com, dated November 6, of which directed me to confirm my current mailing address. Once confirmed, I was told that I would receive the items that I had selected. This reconfirms my previous confirmation of mailing address. I am sending this letter because I did confirm my mailing address previously and never received the package that I was told to expect, soon after you received my confirmation. I am anxiously awaiting receipt of my selected items that you generously offered. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
