I bought a mp3 player in Dec 2012 and did not return it before the because it was working. I like so many customers had the original and packaging and talked to the store manager and explained that wanted to get store credit because it is not working and he said we have a 30 day return policy,I told him I would have returned it before the date if it had not been working,and he said there was nothing he could do for me it is store policy.I will not shop there again he could have done something to make the customer happy, he did not even try.I would like to tell everyone not to shop there they treat all customers like they do not care. There is a return date for a reason. After the return date you deal with the manufacturer, like anyone with sense would do.

you say that but you do not get the point that if it was a good product to begin with it would have not gone bad right after the thirty day return. When it happens to you then you will not be so quick to make rude comments.

The store does not build the product after the 30 day period has passed then u should take it up with the manufaturer plus if u wnated a high cuality product you should have bought them at target or best buy not big lots half of there tablets don't even work plus the reason they couldn't help u was because after those thirty day the system dosent take the reciept :grin

It has happened to me. That does not change the fact that Big Lots did not make the *** thing. The manufacturer did, and they are the ones who are responsible for the repair or refund, NOT the selling store.
