After seeing all the tv commercials for and not having one in my area I wanted to go and see what was about.The stores in the commercials make look like a decent store, my experience in the Corpus Christi, TX store was a real big disappointment.
Nothing on the shelves was zoned, there was no rhyme or reason as to where things were put. No one was walking around picking things up off the floor or trying to keep some sort of order of items on the shelves.
I think someone from corporate headquarters needs to get out once in a while and actually visit the stores to make sure things are up to customer standards.I will NOT be visiting a Big Lots again unless the store is brand new when they at least are trying to make an attempt to please and make it a good shopping experience. 315307b

Big Lots is not Target. If you want zoned, I suggest you head there.

Doesn't help they hire lazy associates either and their management doesn't enforce any type of standards. I speak from experience.
