Big Lots - Curtis DVD Player Is ***!

I bought a "New" Curtis DVD Player ( Made For Big Lots Per the boxing notation) for $25.00.I used it twice and it stopped working.

This was right after the 30 day return period. I appealed to Big lots for a store credit, they refused. They said to send it to Curtis under Warranty. I called the Curtis telephone number and got a person in India who said I would nave to send $ 40.00 with it.

What a joke!!! I contacted Big Lots Corporate and got nowhere.

I won't be back.Big Lots certainly does not value their customers!!! 38b0249

What kind of an *** buys a dvd player for $25,and thinks it will last longer than the warranty.Sheesh.

I agree with you they could care less thanks for letting me know that contacting corporate will not even help,that says alot about that says alot about this company.

So you're surprised that a $25 dvd player is a piece of ***? Yeah it sucks, but sometimes you get what you pay for.
