I purchased a Hamilton beach icy treats machine for my husband for Christmas.As everyone knows around the holidays that you tend to lose receipts, when he opened the gift he was very excited to use it.

I had asked to speak to a manager and when the had called him he told her to tell me that he was just going to say the same thing and that he wasn't coming out?. I had then asked her to tell him to come out and speak to me and when he did he came out with an and didn't even introduce himself|.
