If you check your e-mail at talk2us@biglots.com you will get full info - bottom line will not take back $70 worth of items without packaging - I do not believe a large corp would handle things this way - I'm a senior citizen living on fixed income and am now out $70.Your 7" tablet was an and when you try to bring up the help page it is "unavailable".

I will never buy another Uniden product nor shop at again.

So you didn't keep the box or accessories or inserts, and can't figure out why they won't take it back? And you are how old again?

With the package and included items they can send it back to the manufacture as defective and get their money back. Without the package, they throw it away (or ship it back to their main warehouse and it will eventually get thrown away, or auctioned off by the pallet for 10 cents on the dollar). This is true of many electronics and appliances as well as other items at many stores. It is because of people like you that we all pay higher prices. If you had a small store, would you think it would be ok for a customer to do that even though it makes the item a complete loss? Either you loose the money (the person that is guilty of disposing of the package), or the store does. So your a senior citizen on a fixed income (apparently not that poor if you are buying a tablet). I support a family of 4 on a single low income. I had to pay more for my tablet (and many of the other things I have bought) because of entitled people like you.

People need to take a moment and actually read what a store return policy is, most stores have it printed on the reciept and/or posted in store at the front end.

Lol..this happened to me just yesterday same *** tablet...they need to post a sign in the electronic area!

AS an employee and one who has sold plenty of tablets...I explaine to every customer that they have 30 days with the reciept packaging and everything In the packageing to reaturn the product. It also does state it on the back of the receipt (return policy)..also should be posted anywhere near customer service. There are other things that have to be done with tablets In which we have to have packaging for also. Its just something that has to be.
