Horrible customer service in north little rock arkansas in there computer .All employees were standing in a circle talking and there were all these customers walking around, not one employee offered service as i noticed!.

I had to actually ask for help and they acted like if i was bothering them". The guy that did help had limited knowledge and was terribly rude and did not listen:. The one person who had was the greeter at the door'. They need to get replacements,.

They were all highly unprofessional and extremely rude/. I went to office depot right after and saw a huge difference in professionalism and service/.

There was another poster that had experienced something similar as I have myself. The employees are not trained in proper customer service nor care. Best Buy had tried reinventing itself as a company that had expert employees with a cost of elevated prices. Only elevated pricing seems to have actually happened. Their slick advertising will not be enough to save the company as word of mouth is more powerful. Be aware that Best Buy employees comment on this board and may insult you rather than acknowlege the company's bad behavior. This was observed also by another commentor. The Dec 2012 issue of CONSUMER REPORT rates retailers on page 25. Best Buy is at the bottom. This information seems to bother a suspected Best Buy employee that comments here.

Best Lie employees and their shills do comment on this site and they will berate you if you are smart and in the right. Corporations such as Best Bye love dumb, docile, gullible and addle minded people who suck up the bull droppings that they try to push on their customers. Screan, complain and protest if you are in the right. Let your voices be heard, there is strength in numbers. Don't be bullied by Best Buy.
