I paid for Geek Squad for two years and never used it.I had 2 days left to use it and they said no I didn't.
The two people I talked to there were very unprofessional chewing bubble gum and and kept saying um, um, um, um, um, um, um!. It was a 45 minutes wait to hear that they were not going to help me/. Most of the time I sat on the couch listening to the piped out 60's music on the phone". They told me I had to buy another year:.
They would not help me out at all!. I told them I was permanently ill and had no money and they could have cared less and I was still under contract! Terrible experience;. Babylon had gotten into my computer and they are controlling it as owner".
I guess I will have to fix it myself like I do everything else in life:.I can not believe I spent that long on the phone with these two unprofessional money grubbers. 386cc14
