Beachbody - Rude customer service

After hearing the ad on the tv I decided to call and try the Derm Exclusive.I got Jennifer Wagner on the phone and told her not to read me from a piece of paper but wanted her to tell me the sizes of the products and at that moment I understood that there were two sizes which they don't tell you about.

She kept telling me about the larger size on the product and I asked if the second one that you get free was the same size. No answer. I asked if there was a second special but she was so confused!. She then hung up on me saying the conversation was being recorded and it was inappropiate which it wasn't'.

I then called back and guess what ? it was Jennifer again.. I asked her why she hung up on me and expected an apology but none and she didn't want to speak to me and again said the conversation was inappropiate and it was being recorded and hung up,. What kind of people do they hire to be on the phones;.

This girl should be fired for hanging up twice|. Why don't they give you the information you ask for? I begin to think these companies are a farce and only want to get your credit card number to charge you and then you can never get in touch with them again,.

I would warn anyone trying to deal with these people".Glad I was smart enough not to give her my credit card number. 2fff10d
