Beachbody - BeachBody steals peoples card numbers

I have auto alerts on my credit card and received 3 in one night 2 from beach body and one from im sure a part of there company. i went in and canceled my card later i received a package with the wrong first name and wrong phone # on the invoice so i sent it back now we go a collection notice from BeachBody with our old address that got forwarded to our new address still wrong first name so it looks like they are in the business of identity theft so beware and PS BeachBody your not getting a cent and go F your self 30f6998

I have found that Beachbody while not always pefect, has always resolved these issues in favor of the consumer... even if it's the consumers fault. What you do not read on this site is that Beachbody has a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau... that does NOT happen unless you resolve every single issue. That is not an easy rating to get.

Again.. they do make mistakes and I'm not saying every customer service rep is perfect... but I do know they work to make sure customers are satisfied.. they even offer coaches .. who are also customers... to help with issues as well. I doubt this post will make it to the website.. but if it does, go look up the BBB website which is "un-baised" unlike this one.

called the number on the collection notice and since the first name on the account is not right they refuse to talk to me...are you kidding me? Its part of my first name, my last name, my address and my Credit card being used. I will be repoting them.
