Beachbody - A company called Beach Body ripped me off

I checked my bank account today and saw a charge for 69.69 We never ordered anything from them.Like other posts I had ordered something thru Amazon, and now I get charged for something I know nothing about.

Some how this company is getting info from amazon's computers and using it to rip off unknowing people. I will be contacting Amazon to fix this problem.

If Amazon won't do anything about this I will contact news agency s to spread the word around about Amazon.Amazon sits them selves up as being so rightist that they do no wrong. 389a520

I understand how frustrating it can be…especially when it’s about your finances! Anyone with problems please feel free to email me at custassist@beachbody.com. This means that you will not have to deal with more than one agent in regards to your account. Beachbody is a wonderful company with GREAT products. I look forward to helping solve any problems you may have.

First of all, I'd like to say sorry that it happened to you! I know how it is to be ripped off! I, recently, was sitting in the bank depositing a check. The teller looked shocked and told me that someone in another state was using my credit card! Of course, we both freaked because he was holding my card with ID in his hands. Freaky, right?

Anyway, I wanting to see if I can help. It seems like you were hoodwinked by Amazon and not beachbody. Going thru Amazon to purchase any BB products can be risky. I'm an independent fitness consultant of Team BeachBody. I've been with them for almost 2 years. I promise you that had you gone through our company, you'd receive your product as requested or your full refund back with no questions asked. I've ordered a few things that I didn't like within 30 days. I was given a free return shipping label and sent the product back and got my full refund.

Don't give up on beachbody! It is a great company! As far as Amazon, they will refund you! I didn't order a movie and got charged, and refunded within a few days. Did you call them directly? Did they send you any product? Please let me know how this turns out.

This is not an attempt to sale, nor talk you into something you don't want. I'm just trying to understand what happened. I will be saying a prayer for you all! :0)
