The commercial said "order now and recieve FREE express shipping saving you 14.99!As well as three extra workouts cds!"
After asking the phone center guy "Ben" over and over to stop trying to upsell and read back what we bought- he said he could NOT give of free shipping because the LAW in the US doens't allow it!
OMG! Really? Ridiculous. He REFUSED to delete shipping.
We cancelled order. Bait and switch, lies lies lies. Fifteen minutes on the phone and nothing.
Waste of time!He kept saying YES, it SAYS free shipping but that is ILLEGAL in the U.S!Unbelievable.Unprofessional. 383680b
