I purchased a new battery pack for my APC UPS in September 2012.
In December 2012, those batteries failed.
I took the batteries I purchased back in to get them replaced, and was told that they would not honor the warranty because they did not believe I purchased the batteries from them. Just over 3 months after I bought them... They further said that those batteries were not the correct ones for my UPS. So apparently, not only did they sell me USED BATTERIES as new ones, they also sold me the incorrect batteries for my application... Wow!. Complete FAIL BatteriesPlus'.
I contacted Corporate, and they proceeded to tell me that they were unable to do anything about this/.
Don't do business with these guys?. I just looked up the same batteries on Amazon, the cost is within $7, and I they'll deliver to my doorstep". Furthermore, I know if there's an issue with the batteries, Amazon will MAKE IT RIGHT..
What a huge disappointment, BatteriesPlus|. Happy Holidays, even though you suck?. I hope the $80 you took from me was worth it... 3094dc8

Amazon doesn't sell UPS batteries. Third party vendors do sell UPS batteries on their site. Third party vendors there may or may not have a warranty.
