I receive a letter regarding and when I try to apply this lady name nidia or somthing was sounding demanding and very rude.I have bank with BOA for a and I had never ever been treated un-professional until today.

I am very disappointed to the point of taking my business elsewhere. If she would have had a different tone or and unjudging manner than probably she would had close the deal. I was willing to work with her just because she stands behind the name BOA.
