I placed an order for a Leander High Chair in Walnut ($299) on 8/14/12 and still have not received it as of 1/14/13. Yes, FIVE months. Customer service has been dishonest, emailing a few times over the months in response to my inquiries that the high chair is shipped and "on it's way," but always refused to provide proof, ie. tracking number. Customer service number always goes to a voicemail, and they don't return calls. They have now completely stopped returning my emails, and haven't responded to inquiries from the Better Business Bureau on my behalf.
