I contracted this merchant to repair my PCM on a 2002 Mustang V6. I'm writing this for a few reasons. First I hope to steer future consumers far away from this rip off. Secondly, this company proudly boasts an A rating with the BBB. Their service falls well short of that rating. I'm skeptical when it comes to things like this and should have followed my gut feel on this. I called AES back in Oct...
We sent our ECM part into American Electronic Solutions from our 1992 Corvette for repair. They received the part on November 7, 2012, which they claimed would only take about l week for repair. On November 14th I was told by J.L. Williams that our part was sent to their Corvette specialists and we should have the part back in about 3 to 4 days. On November 20,2012, I contacted J.L. Williams and...
Horrible on all counts pretty much describes this place to a tee. There customer service couldnt be worse. Took them a week to tell me the computer they had just rebuilt the week before was bad, and when I asked about a warrenty the basically laughed in my face. It has been 2 weeks since then I told them to send my computer Back and I have yet to hear anything from them nor have I been able to...
Used this company for new Computer Module and had the below experience. At this time, I am now disputing all charges with my bank (total of $395.22) and will begin reporting this company to every reporting venue I can find. This company is a complete an utter waste of time and I'm done believing in their ongoing lies. They are a scam and I will hold them responsble for it to the fullest extent...
I just had my experience with AES. I had a PCM that they repaired for me, but when I took it to the dealer the dealer spent 4 hours troubleshooting issues to find out the PCM was bad. Then I van had me upgrade for $100 to another PCM and that PCM would not work with my immobilizer. Then Ivan wanted me to pay another $82 to get a PCM/immobilizer pair. Now I am up to $900 and dealer costs that...
On November 1, 2011 I contacted Automotive Electronic Solutions in order to get a quote on an Electronic Control Module (ECM) for my 2001 Infiniti I30. I spoke to Roberto Garcia. Roberto proceeded to locate and quote the module that I needed for the Infiniti I30, he stated that he had one in stock, and he provided a written quote for $ 380.00 for a remanufactured unit. On November 1, 2011 I...
