I was double billed for DSL services after sending a late fee because I thought my payment would be late.It wasn't, in fact the money left my account 1 day before my billing date.
After the disconnect, ( while being assured that I owed nothing to AT&T by an associate Raymond ) 17 months after, I started getting mail and phone calls from 2 collection agencies. Not only did I NOT receive a CREDIT for my late fee, but now AT&T says I still owe the ficticious month's billing. No NO NO! They owe me a credit for my late fee !
The story is much much more involed than this....anyway...after reading so many complaints on so many sites and seeing for myself.

I too, have attempted to set up for combined billing not realizing what abyss I was falling into.
I have been billed for my internet, long distance, and DSL, both on my home phone bill, as well as my cell, for two different billing dates, even tho I pay, it does't intergrate between the services, so I have been doubled billed for two different dates per month, and with my secure account set up, all the notices were going into my junk mail, so without my log in approval, I could not access my online account for either cell or home or DSL. Even better, although I paid every month, I could;t see my bill to dispute, and it was a 762,99 bill that I either had to pay without reviewing my bill, or they disconnect.
This company is going down like Circuit City, and wont know it until it's too late, like Sprint. Eff you ATT, I encourage lawyers to go after your fraudulent double billing, that cannot be evaluated by low intelligence CSR that pass you on to specialist that never come on the line to help.
