ATT CAME TO MY HOUSE TO CHECK THE LINE FOR THE BUZZING NOISE IN MY LINE AND WERE TOLD REPEATEDLY WHEN SETTING UP THE APPOINTMENT THAT I DID NOT WANT THEM IN MY HOUSE.WELL, THE GUY CAME, SPOKE TO MY MOTHER AND THEN THE MAN CAME INTO THE HOUSE REPLACED A PHONE JACK AND LEFT, CRUSHING MY EARTHEN TILE IN MY YARD!.
THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE PHONE JACK, WHICH I REFUSED TO PAY BUT THEN DESPITE MULTIPLE EMAILS, PHONE CALLS ETC, REFUSED TO PAY FOR MY REPAIRS TO THE TILE'. THEY INSISTED THAT THERE WAS NO PROOF THAT THE MAINTENANCE MAN DID NOT BREAK IT, BECAUSE, " HE WASNT SURE IF HE BROKE IT OR NOT"". GREAT SUMMATION:. HE WAS THE ONLY PERSON AT MY HOME ALL DAY AND WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH A TRUCK HEAVY ENOUGH TO BREAK IT..
THE REPAIRS NEED TO BE DONE AT THE COST OF 285,.00 DOLLARS AND ATT IS WILLING TO SACRIFICE THEIR CREDIBILITY AND CUSTOMER IMAGE FOR AN AMOUNT OF THAT MUCH:.
WHAT WAS PITIFUL IS THAT MY ELECTRIC COMPANY CAME THAT SAME SUMMER, ACCIDENTALLY BROKE THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY AND NOT ONLY REPAIRED IT, THEY TOOK AN EXTRA SUPPORT OVER TO THE BROKEN SIDE SO THAT IT WAS A LITTLE SAFER|.THAT SURE SAYS A LOT ABOUT NORTH CENTRAL ELECTRIC AND THEIR WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SAYS VOLUMES ABOUT ATT S LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. 2fd6e44
