their POS phone that they insisted I purchase when having phone line troubles (uh, their problem, not mine) is COMPLETE ***. a month after purchase, it does not hold a charge AT ALL. WHAT A JOKE!
when I tried to get them to fix my *** U-verse Internet connection, while dealing with a family emergency of a family member in a sudden coma, they completely DISCONNECTED MY HOME PHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE and NEVER TRIED TO CONTACT ME TO FIX ANYTHING! UN-***-BELIEVABLE
I wish I could go back in time and take back all the hours that At&T has sucked from me -- my time is worth something, you know?!
