Ashley Furniture - Still Not Delivered--Probably Won't Be.

We ordered a bed, mattress, and nightstand from in December, 2012.It's now almost mid-March and we still haven't received our nightstand.

Each time we call, we get a delivery date--only to be cancelled at the last minute. We were told that the nightstand would be delivered this Tuesday--but then the warehouse called and informed us that the item hasn't arrived. We called back and they told us that the item was at the warehouse after all, and it would be delivered between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

today. Nobody came. This was the third time that they said they would come. We have our fourth delivery date set up for next week.

I worked in the furniture industry for past 2 decades before having had enough. Trust me, I would never buy Ashley... Ever!

They do have really good furniture though . I wouldn't buy through them directly.

I used to work for a furniture chain. Know all about Ashley Furniture. Even their sales rep laughed at the fact that they opened all the ASHLEY FURNITURE HOME STORE and yet cannot make delivery time. Never buy from them. They have very poor delivery schedules. They would send out reports at the time we submit orders confirming availabilty of items and would show that the next truck would deliver them from Ashley warehouse, and when truck comes to the store, no items... When we called, we were told they would yank off items from different trucks to meet an order for some huge store that needed those to make their complete sets. It was difficult to make our customers understand but the problem starts at the Ashley Corporate not the stores. Good luck. I would never guy Ashley. They are not even real wood... Sorry about your poor luck... Hope they deliver it soon for you. :sigh
