Ashley Furniture - Never received furniture and cant get refund

I purchased a twin bed from a flyer I received in the mail,was hesitant because I don't like buying items I have not seen.I paid in full then waited almost a month to get and when I went to warehouse to pick up it was damaged and also very poor quality so I refused .

I do not like the overall quality and do not want this in my house. They now have my money and they won't give me a refund.

Their customer service people are not willing to take care of this so I will never buy from them again. 30ba762
