Ashley Furniture - durablend sofa

i have a durablend sofa that is about two years old and the durablend is peeling.Ashley will not do anything about it.

Even if you took the warranty they will not do anything because they call it a malfunction. I have e-mailed Ashley and all they will say is they are sorry but cannot help me. Who is responsible for this? How can they justify selling furniture that they know is not going to last.

Can someone explain what a malfunction is?

If i had damaged the product I could understand.I have tried to fix the problem but the damage is too extensive. 3842996

Durablend is peeling due to excess sun or body oils that damages leather. I have knowledge in leather and fake stuff like durablend.

Well if that is case Mr."I have knowledge in leather and fake stuff like durablend" why did my salesperson tell me it was "more durable than leather"? Our furniture is less than 2 years old and it started cracking after we owned it about a year. Durablend is garbage...it doesn't have anything to do with excess sun or body oils. How ridiculous! :grin
