We paid $3000 for this set in 2005 and had planned to keep it for many years as it is a substantial set with an heirloom quality.Unfortunately, most of the pewter drawer pulls have snapped off (at the screws) making the heavy drawers nearly impossible to pull open.

We are extremely disappointed!

Not only does it effect the functionality of both dressers, but also the hardware cannot be matched at home stores since the drawer's hardware hole spacing is wider than standard sized drawer pull hardware spacing - making it also quite unsightly!Ashley, this simply sucks and you remedy this since we would otherwise not consider your brand again! 300ce62
