Im a coworker thats been working @ Arby's in Covington, IN. 4 1 year & 9 months now & Im tired of sitting around & being crapped on!.
Im complaining about our head manager Shirley Mukai/.
She takes all the credit 4 the hard work our other manager does,. When an inspection is due like when a head boss like Donna comes in our other manager Teresa Knutti does everything bcuz Shirley 4gets or just doesnt do most of the work 4the inspection'. So Teresa does it all on her own, & then Shirley takes all the credit 4 it'.
Shirley makes fun of coworkers w/other coworkers?. I think that is really rude/.
When an older coworker was working here once she dated Shirley's son,. But I didn't see her or that coworker change stores when they were caught for that.
Then, when a coworker called in 1 day over the summer of 2012 bcuz he got 2 hot & then sick bcuz of the heat his dad wanted 2 get him something cold 2 chill him down. So that day that he called in his dad and him went through the Arbys drive thru 4 a shake. The next day when that coworker came in Shirley yelled @ him 4 coming 2 Arbys the day b4 just bcuz his dad wanted to get him a shake. That kid is very shy so he cried while Shirley was yelling in his face 4 just that one accident. The coworker didnt know that he couldnt come to arbys when he called off. It was his first real job. Besides all the ide jobs he has had. He was very embarrassed that day so he kept quiet and wouldnt look @ any of us other workers. I felt so bad that I just gave him a hug & told him that it would be ok since he didnt know.
Shirley is a terrible Manager. She needs to go!! 38753ec
