Arbys - Always screwing orders up

I have been to Arby's three times this past month and the idiots can't get the order right EVER!First time I ordered the 2 for 5 beef and cheddar they forgot the roast beef how do you forget the main part!

Second time they forgot my and then argued with me that they didn't! Tonight 2/18/13 I ordered 5 sandwiches they forgot two of them! And my sandwich had one slice of roast beef!

Pay over $20 for food to go there and they can't ever get it right.Let me tell you I'm not going there anymore they are freakin !!!! 3112293

Notice to all customers. Aryb's is backwards at the corporate level. They are always coming up with new ideas of how to screw over customers. One example is the short order- maybe you are running low on meat,etc. for the week/month so you short a few customers to make up that loss. This is policy and comes down from corporate. Hearing any of you eat the beef is disgusting! It comes to the store as a gooey gelatinous lump that solidifies as it cooks. Why it's sometimes cold? The beef, after being cooked, sits on a cutter until you come order your beef, then the heated meat slicer heats your beef to acceptable health standards (this is standard policy). Arby's store, district, area mgrs and up get profit sharing so they have a vested interest to discount customers. Example, at my shop we had a major water main break, water coming down the walls. Well, the first question from corporate is always, 'Is it in the customer's view?'. On this incident Arby's was serving, cooking, making food while water restoration work was going on above and around the prep area. The store didn't close once during the incident. Amazingly, there were customers who paid to eat there despite what they could see with their own eyes. This reason, in part, is why Arby's continues these bad practices; If you are willing to pay, they will take your $. In mgr training you are told things like, don't ever give refunds and you may be written up for giving cash back!
