I booked a trip and had it on a complimentary hold until the end of their business day.When I called later that day to submit payment, and pressed the extensions which I was prompted, I am on "hold" with the carribean sounding music.

I am here for almost 2 hours and I stay here, phone on speaker, as I finish some much needed paperwork. At that 2 hour mark, I become frustrated, hang up, and call back, only to be informed the office is closed for the day and to call back on the next business day. I do this, and after another 53 minutes on hold, finally speak to a rep who tells me my reservation expired and the price I was quoted is no longer available. What was supposed to be a fabulous family vacation is now a 40 th bday with big disappointment.
