Booked a vacation with Apple using their charter air flight to Cancun Mexico.Arrived at airport at 5am as per Apples instructions for a 7am flight.
Plane experienced technical trouble and Apple refused all requests by its vacationers to be put on another flight. Made everyone sit in the airport until 7pm for another plane to come and get us. Arrived in Cancun at 11pm. Lost the entire first day of vacation.
Apple refuses to compensate adequately for the loss and the inconveneience suffered.
NEVER USE APPLE VACATIONS AGAIN !!!Lots of other vacation companies out there to choose from !!! 3051295

Having used Apple Vacations, Palace Resorts Online Booking, and several small hometown vacation agencies, I can guarantee you received a page of exceptions, and were asked more than once if you wanted to purchase trip insurance.
Our trip to Cancun led us home 6 hours late due to issues with our plane coming from Denver. No way was our booking agent liable for that. The airline took responsibility. Yours should have as well, and notice you do not blame them.
