why is it that you offer a FREE 7 day trial but it DOES NOT say on your website that there is a $30 cost for a "KEY" !!!!Your company is on board with Silver and Fit and the 2 area clubs I called know nothing about this????

Very poor service and sneaky advertising. One manager actually asked me why I had disability insurance which is none of his business, HIPPA Law, and found it hard to believe that I did not have $30 for a key.

Not everyone has a spare $30 dollars in their pocket.Wish I had other alternatives 30a9bed

One possibility for them asking about your disability insurance may have simply been the fact that they were seeing what limitations you have regarding working out. In addition, not all clubs require that you pay 30 dollars for a key during a 7 day free pass. Some only require that you come in during staffed hours and then it truly is a free pass.
