On trip from north carolina to penn station new york.I have only one complaint.

The train was running behind schedule and I had a connecting that we were going to be late for so I went to find the and ask what would happen in that situation,at this time we were already past the time the bus was to leave !. His name is Prince". He got very hostile with me and spoke to me like I didn't have two ?. He yelled at me and said the bus would not leave till we got there?.

I am not a frequent travelor and had no way of knowing this nor were any announcements made to inform us.. I am a 68 year old female". I have never been treated so rudely|.
