I use checkfree web, so my payments to all my billers are tracked. In the case of Amerimark premier, I would schedule a payment several days before the due date.

Checkfree web ALWAYS gets the payment to the biller on time. I noticed that Amerimark was waiting until after the due date to post payments. My statements would come with no payment posted, and I would be charged a finance charge. Then, I decided to make payments sooner, because I figured that they were just slow.

My due date is the 10th of the month. The statement closing date is the 14th of the month. Checkfree showed my payment clearing my bank on the 3rd of the month, but my statement dated the 14th did not reflect that payment. I believe that Amerimark purposely waits to post payments in order to charge a larger finance charge.

In my case, I had paid off the balance, but when I talked to customer service, they stated they received the payment on the 15th. What a bunch of liars!

I told them I had evidence of the payment clearing on the 3rd, and to *** the finance charge which was now my remaining balance. They could not give a reason for posting payments so late!

I agree with you. Several times I thought they weren't posting my payments and I send mine through the bank also.

They never give you a statement. Now I think they don't even do easy pay.

I wish I had not opened this account. They are dunning me for a fifty dollar payment, and haven't given me any credit for the double payment I made last month,on time, before due date.

now they want two and a half payments. and telling me it would be in my best interest to settle this matter once and for all. They won't let you pay online.

Their merchandise is not even that nice. Sounds like they want the whole balance, which if they wasn't charging so much interest, I would maybe consider that."maybe"

Report the company to the better business bureau. They will assist you with your concerns.

This happened to me with paypal credit. Then they stated i used my acct but all i did was ccheck on an order and mow my bank jas to fix my pfoblem.

Everything from crexit cards to bNks t outsourcimg to india. Sounds like they can now cheat americans with impunity.

Sad to say I'm going through a similar thing with them right now, though I've used them for almost 10 years without a problem. They used to have online bill pay at their site for Easy Pay, and they just removed it, without informing the customers in their written monthly statements.

Lo and behold, I wait until just before the due date, as I always have since they introduced online payments a couple years ago, and now that option is gone and, conveniently, customer service is closed. Now I'll be assessed a late fee for paying through the bank's billpay on Monday. *** The best way to pay your Amerimark bill is IN FULL and not purchase anything from them for a year, until they beg you to come back with huge discount offers like the $25 off $50 purchase coupons.

By the way, those are always invalid; they have never worked when I've input the codes.

WOW!!! I am dealing with the same problem with online bill pay ...

this is absolutely disturbing for a company to not inform its most valuable customers of such an important way of paying bills due to today's technological society. I suppose as most of us are seeing their Business practices are not for the Customers benefit but for their own. This is really terrible: You had applied for credit with your Order and then they give you the credit - but set you up for failure by the way they are doing business.

This is BAD business. Sad to say I thought I was doing business with a customer service driven company.

I've been dealing with Amerimark for over a year,purchased over 600.00 in merchandise, most of which I've returned, others I was told I could return but I would not get a credit for them, after using the product I saw It didn't work as advertised, most instructions says can notice results in 30 days but best results are seen in 90 days, an by then no returns, some of the items did not work, the customer service is hard as *** to reach most of the time and when you do they try to argue, and insult you, I have no intentions of doing any business with this company at anytime in the future, I wish I could I could get all my money back, I paid for this terrible merchandise, with all these late fees, that are more than most of the merchandise :? :(

They do that to all their customer apparently they did the same to me now they say I owe them 43.26 instead of 23.26 they are charging me 20.00 They are a big rip off.

The same was done to me and I was charged a $10 late payment twice. Customer service is also very rude.

I will never buy anything from here again. By the way the diet drinks they sent me were disgusting and I could not use them.
