Me and my mother had purchased the hair removal for chin and upper lip, but after 3 years of going there we still have hair.It might be 25% less, but thats it!

It was a waste of time and money. They told us to get our hormone levels checked which we did and they are both fine!. We also had purchased a photofacial package that they talked us into with promises of significant improvement of wrinkles'. After all those sessions our faces looked no different at all/.

We complained and didnt let up, so they offered us free botox/. I took it, but my mom didnt want it?. The botox worked good, but I wish I would've originally paid that $400, instead of the $1500 a piece for the photofacials.. They also have new technicians constantly it makes you wonder why no employee stays there'.
