I have been a customer for 3 years and never have filed a claim.My washer broke a month and half ago and I called service repair and they stated someone would call me within 48 hours.
4 days later I called back and they told me the company they referred me to did not service my brand of washer. They reffered my then to Sears and again they stated I would call me again within 48 hours to schedule yet another appt. Sears called 5 days later to schedule an appt for 2 weeks later. I had no choice but to wait since.
AHS stated they were the only ones wo could service my washer. The technician came out and was not able to fix it. A part was ordered and 4 visit later my washer still is not fixed. They came today and stated they reported to AHS that the washer is not repairable.i called and yet I have to wait for someone from corporate to call me back.
They stated they have to send someone else to verify that the washers indeed cannot be fixed. I am very angry that they told me that the only company that could fix my washer as sears and now 4 visits later they want again to refer me to another company. I have spend 100.00 dollars for the service call and have my clothes totally ruined cause they were stuck in washer till repair man could come out!. I have called numerous times and have asked to speak to supervisor and been told they don't have one'.
I have a real problem with the represetives taking calls for customers complaints,. These respresentives have hung up on me and will not give me a number that I can speak to management ,. Every time I call they tell me someone from Customer resolutions will contact me within 48 hours and I never receive a phone call;. I am canceling my service and reporting this business with the better business bureau;.
I can't believe that they don't have any managers or any kind of phone numbers they can give you to speak with someone that can help resolve your service request,. So I am very angry that I have not gotten any where'. My washer is still broken and with all the money I have spend and lossed I could have already bought me a washer myself.. I don't not recommend this company to anyone.
I have called our local news to air the story on their business section.
Won't waste your time on buying warranty with this company.You will get the run around every time you call. 2fe6a08
