American Home Shield - Americian Home Shield Scammed me!

I had AHS for 25 years and this year I had a company come out called North Pole Air-they said I needed 2 new units-they replaced the units and ruined a line in my attic which caused a flood in my basement.I had to make a homeowners claim and get another company out to fix the a/c.

AHS just sent me a letter that I've been dropped due to the claims this year!! I called AHS during all that time and they gave me a service rep that pissed me off more, making false statements that he'd help me. They wanted to call North Pole out again to fix their screw-up!!

North Pole Air charged me for a permit that they couldn't produce and got one later just to cover themselves.What a scam-after paying the premiums for 25 years~ 3008503

we had issues with them too. they had been working on our ac unit for years. one summer we were having problems they came and added freeon. two days later we called again still not cooling they came back out and took freeon out because it had to much. several days later we called again and when they came out they added freeon again. needless to say this went on for about two months. finally a tech said it had to be replaced and AHS said they could not change it becuase it was not compatible with the unit we had inside. i fought with them for a whole year through litigation and finally got my new ac, inside and out. i hate the fact that i had to go through all this but i will not go down without a fight!!

I had AHS for about 10 years, however last year and this year was the worst year dealing with them, I don't know why I paid them for this year I can't even reach them to discuss the light problems I'm having once they came out to fix one other thing, now I can't get lights in the better part of the house. I am going to contact the lawyer to find out how I can go about going to the law. I find this very distasteful way of doing busninss........I will never use them again I want my money back!!!!!!!
